  • Marriott Rewards chatbots may be accessed via Facebook Messenger, Slack, and will soon be accessible on We-Chat and Google Assistant.
  • These chatbots cater to loyalty members, assisting them before, during, and in between their visits. Marriott Benefits members can utilize Facebook Messenger and Slack to conveniently search and reserve accommodations at over 4,700 hotels.
  • Additionally, they can connect their Marriott Rewards or SPG accounts, access informative articles from the digital magazine Marriott Traveler as they prepare for their upcoming stay, and participate in direct conversations with associates from the Customer Engagement Centre.

Out of the Marriott Reward members who used Marriott Rewards’ Facebook Messenger this year, 44% of them got customer support pertaining to their stay, such as making modifications to their reservation. Additionally, 53% got help about their Rewards account, such as guidance on redeeming points for stays.
